About Us

Isometric is a carbon removal registry. We issue the world’s most scientifically rigorous carbon credits to help Fortune 100 companies tackle climate change and prevent greenwashing.

We're growing quickly, but we’re intentional about hiring people who contribute to our unique culture. Our team is smart, meticulous and courageous—but warm, kind and supportive too.

We’re led by Eamon Jubbawy, an experienced CEO who previously co-founded Onfido, the world’s leading AI-powered identity verification platform. He scaled the company to $100m+ in revenue—verifying over half a billion identities and catching 23 million fraudsters—before selling the company for $650m. Eamon started Isometric in 2022 to bring the same level of rigorous fraud prevention, confidence and trust to the carbon removal industry.

The wider Isometric team includes scientists from Oxford, Cambridge, Harvard, MIT, Yale and Stanford— and technologists from companies like Amazon, Shopify, Meta, Google, Wise and Palantir.

We’re backed by world-class investors with real-world experience in climate change and company building: Lowercarbon Capital and Plural.

Join us if you're ready to take on a career-defining role. Working here will be unlike any job you've had before!

About the role

Join our team as a Senior Product Manager to support the development of our science platform and registry. Your work will ensure transparency and accountability in the global effort to combat climate change.

You will..

  • Ship products that set a new industry standard for rigor and transparency in the measurement, verification, and reporting of carbon removal projects.

  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and climate science teams to identify opportunities to improve user experience and innovate.

  • Work closely with carbon removal buyers, suppliers, and Isometric's network of verifiers to build products that improves the speed and accuracy of verification for carbon removal projects. Using the verification data, you'll then raise the bar on transparency in this market, ensuring the data is accurately presented and visualized on the public registry.

  • Build relationships with carbon removal buyers and the wider carbon removal ecosystem.

  • Dive deep into understanding the complex domain of CO₂ removal verification, becoming an expert in verification processes, relevant standards and accreditations, and carbon accounting.

You have…

  • STEM academic background and technical product management experience.

  • Proven track record of successfully shipping software products in a dynamic B2B SaaS environment, where the ability to pivot and trade-off objectives is necessary to ship fast and well.

  • Experience within carbon markets or the broader climate space is advantageous.

  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail; ability to break large projects into manageable pieces, prioritising according to value.

  • Exceptional skills in cross-functional collaboration with diverse stakeholder groups, internal and external.

  • Ability to approach tasks with a positive attitude and humility, acknowledging their difficulty while remaining steadfast in your resolve.

  • Eagerness to learn new things, ask questions and iterate on feedback at pace.

This role might not be for you if...

  • You don’t enjoy talking to your users frequently and directly.

  • You’re looking for a fully remote role at the moment. In the early stages of building our product we’re optimising for being physically together 3 days a week.

  • You prefer a slower pace. While the problem we’re facing has a long time horizon, it’s also critical that we make meaningful progress on it today, not next quarter or year.
