InVision made its name helping design teams create the world’s best digital products. We broadened our impact as a thought leader guiding organizations toward design maturity. We explored new territory by bringing those two streams together and pioneering visual collaboration. Now we’re taking what we've learned and built, and expanding our reach to designers and non-designers alike.

InVision is the visual collaboration platform powering the world’s best companies. The heart of InVision is Freehand, our online digital whiteboard. We built Freehand to transform the way people work together. Transformation is a bold term, but we stand by it. So do our users from Amazon, Anthem, and American Express. And that’s just the A’s. We are trusted by 100% of the Fortune 100 because we understand that collaboration is about more than just seeing each other - it’s about fueling each other. More than 7 million people across global enterprises and small teams come to us when they are looking to transform the way they work together. InVision’s platform, education, and community enable businesses to work across distances and disciplines to unlock the expertise of every team member and deliver powerful business results.

What sets Freehand apart is not a thousand specialized bells and whistles for power-users. What is special about Freehand is the way it puts people at ease, encourages their creativity, and elevates their individual voice so that every member of a team can contribute meaningfully. Freehand is designed to be intuitive, inclusive, versatile, and enterprise ready. It is refreshingly simple, but surprisingly robust.

We’re on a mission to transform the way people work together by helping them collaborate better. On anything. From anywhere.

We are shaping the future of work.

Come join us.

InVision is a globally distributed, 100% remote organization. Our internal culture is made up of diverse, collaborative connections across more than 25 countries – forming a community where everyone belongs, thrives, and grows.

About the Team:

InVision is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a squad within our Integrations zone and expand the reach of InVision across 3rd party tools (Atlassian, Zoom, Google, Slack, MS Teams, etc).

In this role, you will be empowered to identify the right problems to solve and figure out solutions that our customers love and that drive the business forward. The innovation that your team brings to market will have a measurable impact on expanding InVision’s addressable market and driving the growth and success of the InVision platform.

What you’ll do:
  • Drive inVision’s 3rd party integration strategy to enable users to work seamlessly across tools, both on and off the platform - continually refine the direction by combining qualitative user feedback and insights from data
  • Prioritize a product scope that balances building strong foundations for future development, solving the most meaningful customer problems, and getting solutions into users’ hands as quickly as possible
  • Establish strategic relationships with 3rd party tools to ensure integration stability and explore mutually beneficial partnership opportunities
  • Proactively gain alignment from company leaders and stakeholders, and engage with partners in data science, support, sales, and marketing to communicate product plans and support go-to-market initiatives
  • Define, measure, and improve key metrics for the Integrations that translate to the growth and success of our enterprise business
  • Collaborate with other product teams at InVision to align on goals, dependencies, and plans towards big-picture customer and business value
  • Motivate your team to do the best work of their careers by building a culture centered around achieving impact, mutual accountability, user empathy, inclusivity and work-life balance
What you’ll bring:
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management with a consistent record of taking new products to market and driving major impact. You thrive in chaos and are comfortable leading a team through ambiguity
  • Experience building 3rd party integrations and cultivating strategic partnerships with other companies
  • Ability to think deeply about product design decisions and an understanding of how to create simple user interfaces
  • Demonstrated capability to form strong partnerships with design, engineering and cross-functional partners
  • Data-driven and user-centered approach to product development and growth - you have deep experience with user research and modern product discovery techniques and the ability to integrate findings into your work
  • Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, use sound judgment to assess risks and then distill complex information into easy-to-understand concepts
  • Drive to get stuff done and keep shipping, but with a collaborative approach. You understand that we don’t win unless the team wins, and you leave ego out of it
