Senior Product Manager, Internationalization

The Internationalization (“i18n”) product team builds features within our core product offerings that delight our growing base of non-US, non-English speaking users. Product domains for this team include language expansion, feature enhancements, and filling region-specific product gaps consistent with our international expansion strategies. As a product manager on this team, you’ll help to make Squarespace accessible for people all over the world in their native language.

This is a hybrid role working from our Dublin office 2-3 days per week. You will report to the Director of Product, Market Expansion within the Platform department.

Responsibilities

• Establish a shared vision for the Internationalization team, and establish a medium and long-term strategy for your teams that informs prioritization
• Define and communicate short and long term product bets that are aligned with the International expansion strategy and partner product teams
• Partner with the Internationalization Strategy & GTM function, product marketing, market & user research, and product analytics to ensure our roadmap deliver on our shared business objectives with qualitative and quantitative validation tactics throughout the product life cycle. 
• Help shape the processes and standards for cross-team platform & product bets 
• Guide product development—from conception to launch—of the products and product solutions needed for customers in target markets around the world to be successful
• Develop an understanding of customers (both product teams and end users) by conducting research, data analysis, customer interviews, and usability testing
• Partner with engineering, technical program management, and design to ensure we have a reliable, compliant, and scalable platform that meets our needs and delights our customers
• Track important health and success metrics relevant to the i18n team

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product management, specifically with internationalization & localization efforts 
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to build strong relationships with Product partners and other leaders across the organization
• Deep technical fluency
• Empathy for product teams that you serve
• Experience leading successful products in an Agile environments
