Stash is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Customer Servicing and Experience product team to deliver internal tools and capabilities that improve and scale our customer servicing and experience as we continue to add new products and features.  

Our ideal candidate has proven experience launching successful software products for internal users, is a master at solving complex problems, and evangelizes ideas with ease. If you are an open communicator with a passion for data-driven decision making, Stash is looking for you!

What you'll do:

• Analyze data and leverage qualitative feedback loops to gain meaningful insights and identify opportunities
• Manage the team’s roadmap and backlog, ensuring prioritization and planning supports company / team OKRs
• Partner across the organization (Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, Legal, Compliance, etc.) to deliver solutions
• Communicate openly across the team and org regarding the status of projects in development, as well as results post-launch
• Deliver products and tooling that improve and scale the customer service experience

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years working in product management 
• Experience working in fintech/banking/personal finance, etc.
• Experience working as an internal product manager
• Experience working in a high-paced Agile environment
• A proven track record of launching and iterating on successful products
