The Intelligent Automation Delivery team delivers Process Automations for all Atlassian to help reduce their manual day to day activities.

Atlassian is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to manage the products delivered out of Intelligent Automation teams. What you’ll be doing?

Asthe Senior Product Manager, you’ll work with the team to champion andmanage the technology roadmap. Our team works with internal customersand stakeholders directly and will be looking for your strong productmanagement and proactive leadership to help them achieve their goals.

Active in defining the strategy for the product/initiatives vision and communicate it to the team and leadership
Define and execute the roadmap for Intelligent Automation teams and work with Delivery and Team leads
Gather requirements, stakeholder management, create user stories and conduct user demos
Work with a myriad of different technology experts in areas Process Automations and delivering values to customer
Articulate and educate on business value, technical and architectural concepts to a variety of audiences, including business users, developers, architects, IT operations professionals, and senior IT management
Partner with Group Product Manager to define overall Roadmap, defining north star and secondary metrics
Partner with Business Process owners, Engineering, and designers for delivery

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

Minimum 8 years of product management experience with a focus on shipping solutions, products and services
Experience in leading/prioritising product roadmaps and effective partner engagement
Strong functional design experience, able to define personas, user journeys, etc
Experience working with cross-functional and cross-geo teams to build product roadmap from initial idea to launch including product limitations into a roadmap
Excellent communication skills: you've got extensive experience collaborating with Executives, Engineers, Product Managers, and Designers to build great experiences
Proficiently runs and plans multiple tracks of work; strong with dual-track agile methods
Partner closely with other Product Management leaders to build a roadmap for the team
Experience working with cross-functional and cross-geo teams to build product roadmap from initial idea to launch including product limitations into a roadmap

Nice to have, but not mandatory:

Experience in some/combination of the following areas: IT operations with Sales, Finance, HR, Marketing
Strong functional design experience.
Proven data-driven decision-making skills and agility to solve business challenges, handle competing priorities, and maintaining an attention to detail
Good understanding of modern enterprise software technologies and solutions skills that involve such technologies
