Senior Product Manager, Integrations/Ecomm

As a member of our Centralized Operations team, you will transform business processes using technology and systems, acting as the product owner working directly with various business stakeholders and our business systems development teams. You will plan, design, build and implement optimal global solutions for our systems and applications. As an expert on how data flows in our system, you will articulate solutions that are simple and scalable, and support your team to enable delivery on our team’s systems roadmap. You will manage the delivery of the solutions to ensure that they are executed with high quality, and that they drive meaningful improvement in customer and internal team experience. The Ecomm and Systems Integrations Manager will establish and support integration pipelines within Toast’s Business Systems ecosystem, and will be responsible for fully utilizing these integrations to take platforms beyond standard functionality. About this roll* (Responsibilities) 

• Support the design and implementation of business process improvement and integration efforts working with a group of cross-functional stakeholders to understand their current state use cases, details, and process flows to clearly articulate requirements
• Own the full lifecycle of your projects, from gathering requirements with various teams, to collaborating with scrum teams during development lifecycles, to coordinating stakeholder testing and deployment of solutions 
• Work closely with the Salesforce and Systems Integration Engineering architecture and development teams to outline what future state workflows will be, focused on scalability and efficiency
• Organize ambiguous ideas and goals into detailed functional requirements
• Work with other operational teams to understand and plan for dependencies and overlaps with planned work and identify areas for optimization
• Provide point of view feedback on prioritization and criticality based on functional interviews and deep business understanding
• Understand various options to solving problems and strategize appropriately to prioritize based on complexity and business benefit
• Capture metrics to inform our KPI’s and validation for post live ROI analysis and gains
• Have a strategic mind for the areas of potential risk -- deftly coming up with forward looking ideas on how to prevent issues from arising

Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)

• 7+ years of Product Management or other equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience with integration technologies building integrations across various platforms (experience with Workato or IPaaS is a plus)
• Strong working knowledge of the overlap between operations, CRM, ERP, and external applications. Experience with backend Salesforce.com, Jira, Netsuite and RevPro is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience of solving complex problems using a data-driven approach and driving business process alignment/optimization in the lead to cash area
• Action-oriented, "can do" attitude demonstrating willingness to accept accountability and responsibility for individual actions, and team results
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business and technical languages
