The team
Our Product & Program Management teams work on some of the most impactful and challenging problems in the Software industry. We are a highly collaborative cross-border group that operates on the edge between Engineering and the business and helps to design solutions from concept to launch – all while focusing on and advocating for what’s best for our customers. We work closely with Engineering and Design to create some of the most innovative never-been-done-before products. We partner with the Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Security teams to bring the product to market.

This position
In this role, you will be responsible for features that help customers integrate and orchestrate their agreement process. You will work on key new features and products that impact how customers integrate the DocuSign Agreement Cloud with their systems of record. You will work cross-functionally on the discovery, conceptualization, and launch of the platform systems and innovative product capabilities related to your areas of focus. Your objectives are directly linked to business metrics such as revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

This position is an individual contributor reporting to the Director of Product Management and is designated Flex.

Responsibilities

• Build the strategy and roadmap for various DocuSign product offerings related to our integration and orchestration products
• Drive the vision and requirements, translate them to functional specifications, facilitate a sound design and deliver an efficient experience
• Leverage primary and secondary research to deepen understanding of customers across their lifecycle, from awareness to renewal and expansion
• Drive insights on the markets and segments in which these applications compete; stay abreast of industry trends, events, and channels to anticipate customer needs
• Profile and understand high value, innovative use cases purchased and implemented by a variety of industry customers
• Evaluate and prioritize requirements in partnership with sales, marketing, and product team leadership, leveraging industry best practices and new innovations
• Prioritize and manage a product backlog for effective release and sprint planning
• Facilitate requirements definition with design and engineering partners while identifying dependencies and relative priority with other product managers
• Partner with Program Management, Design and Engineering to ensure product ships on time and to quality

Basic qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product Management, Design, Engineering, IT, Operations, Program Management, Marketing, Sales and Customer Support
• Direct experience using iterative or Agile methodologies (e.g., SCRUM)
• Familiar with Google suite

Preferred qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated success building/managing large-scale technology products including new, existing, or legacy products
• Experience with automation or integration technologies
• Experience working with partners and business development to drive partner integrations
• Ability to influence and collaborate in a matrixed environment having multiple stakeholders

Based on Colorado law, the following details are for Colorado individuals only: Colorado base salary range: $118,200 - $146,800 and eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
