About the role:
We are looking for a lead product manager to map out the future direction of enterprise integrations in the learning product at DataCamp and set the vision and strategy of the product area. Responsibilities
- Define the roadmap and lead the end to end execution of integrations for our enterprise product. Distill the product vision and strategy to get all members of the cross-functional team on board.
- Homogenize solutions to work across many platforms while still meeting the needs of customers.
- Develop deep customer empathy and represent the customer to your team.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative research to discover feature ideas and validate them before development
- Determine and follow-through on your team’s metrics for success while cultivating collaboration and alignment. This includes creating and managing a data-driven framework to measure the success of new and existing product features (engagement metrics, etc.).
- Lead out in training internally and externally on implementation of APIs and Integrations
Our ideal candidate
- Is very comfortable dealing with ambiguity, comfortable making decisions and wearing multiple hats.
- Ideally, they have 5+ years of experience in product management working with agile teams.
- Has experience driving API / Integration development and leading technical implementation with customers
- Experience working with technical integrations partners and/or managing vendor/partner relationships
- Has a strong technical background or good understanding of software engineering principles.
- Is pragmatic with experience in taking high value bets and breaking them down into small iterative releases that drive value.
- Is organized, analytical and outcome-oriented
- Has an interest in data science and online education
- Can independently analyze data (including writing/running queries in SQL, R or Python) to understand user behaviors/actions and make product decisions accordingly.
- Is comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback
- Has a solid understanding of software engineering
