Summary

As Senior Product Manager for Identity and Privacy, you will own our innovative passwordless authentication experience. You will continue to make authenticating with Fast the easiest (and fastest!) experience on the internet, by helping define our strategy, working with your engineering partners to build out the backend infrastructure and identifying new big investments that we should be making. You will need to step-in and be ready to execute on business-critical initiatives right way, while also having an eye on the future, to stay ahead of the industry and continue to think boldly about this space. You will be critical in enabling Fast to grow, by meeting our evolving identity needs through various stages of growth.

Role

Lead product vision, strategy, roadmap planning & execution for authentication, authorization, privacy and profile services
Work closely with other product teams to understand how their launches will impactidentity and privacy services, and evolve those services accordingly
Be the guardian customer trust and security, while also maintaining a completely seamless and frictionless experience for them
Drive product prioritization and cross-functional alignment in a rapidly evolving startup environment
Find ways to know the latest industry trends and technologies, and always implement the best-in-class tools to solve our customers' needs

Requirements

4+ years of product management experience delivering successful software products
2+ years of product management experience with an identity product
Proven track record in delivering products with significant quantifiable impact
Ability to effectively communicate across business teams, leadership and tech teams
Strong ability to build trust and bond with your teammates
Ability to make difficult tradeoffs, to always keep focus on the most important things
Ability to see around corners, and identify risks before they occur
