Responsibilities:

Envisioning product strategy and deliver MVP/ value driven product iterations.
Collaborate and drive shared strategy as part of the Product Management team.
Own and drive solution and product responsibilities for strategic customers.
Evangelize roadmap items with cross-functional Leaders and Customers.
Work closely with Release Management, Engineering, UX, Documentation & Training teams to co-ordinate scrum ceremonies.
Maintain harmony across - Engineering, UX, Release Management & Solutions Team.
Actively contribute towards customer webinar, events, analyst briefs & market research.
Contribute towards collaterals – Enablement, Sales, Marketing & Customer Events.
Ready to be part of Learn-Embrace-Lead as well as manage IC responsibilities.
Be a thought leader around what you do (products, vertical & beyond).
Evangelize product strategy with cross functional leaders and customers.
Contribute towards collateral – Enablement, Sales, Marketing & Customer Events.
Maintain harmony across - Engineering, UX, Release Management & Solutions Team.
Work with both UX and Development to understand design or technology implications in solution ideas.

Skills and Qualifications:

15+ years of overall experience with ~5 years of experience working in product management.
Should have deep domain expertise in Source to Pay (S2P) and Lead to Cash (L2C).
Demonstrated experience in Enterprise B2B platforms or ERP systems.
Deep understanding of how technology can enable business value.
Experience launching products to market (Ideation to Launch & Positioning).
Significant contribution driving Product Strategy & delivering roadmap.
Proficiency in driving hands-on labs as well as building and delivering compelling demos at various events.
Top notch written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build and defend business cases.
Engineering background and MBA is preferred.
