You will solve for multiple user types and be responsible for our content creation tools, our content platform integrations, and the learning experience of end users. You’ll work closely with your engineering, design and product marketing counterparts to identify and understand potential opportunities which will shape the vision and roadmap for the product, while maintaining coordinated oversight of the product delivery lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in product management for a B2B SaaS software product. This role will report to the Senior Director of Product.

What you will be doing:

  • Delivery Management:
    • Assist in getting solutions live faster and more predictably, often by removing obstacles that get in the way.
    • Create, groom, and prioritize epics and stories that take into account date-based commitments (if one has been set), stakeholder communication, and engineering capacity awareness.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to properly forecast items such as current/potential capacity, any risk to ongoing projects and confidence in progress against goals.
    • Communicate a clear view of progress that is easy to understand by a wide range of stakeholders. This includes communication of changes (scope, timeline, etc) as effectively and early as possible.
    • Demo functionality at all-team meetings when possible and communicate availability to internal teams.
    • Ensure the success of a monthly product launch in collaboration across multiple departments.

What you'll bring to the team:

  • 5+ years experience as a Product Manager for a B2B SaaS software product.
  • Proven track record of success working in highly collaborative, cross functional teams to iteratively deliver value to customers via product enhancements and new functionality.
  • Experience with product management methodologies, roadmap management and backlog prioritization.

  • Excellent communication skills allow for clear and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders. Comfortable presenting to customers as well as in all-team settings.

What we have for you:

  • Generous paid vacation, sick leave, and holiday benefits, including an end-of-the-year company shutdown
