Malt is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Client Tribe in the Product Team!

The product team is the one that takes care of creating the most efficient marketplace & the most efficient SaaS for companies and freelancers. It is also the team that supports the other Malt collaborators to provide them with tools and make their daily life easier.

To enrich this great team, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager for a permanent contract in Paris or Lyon to take the lead of the new "Freelance" Tribe. The scope of this Tribe integrates the entire Freelance experience on Malt (acquisition, onboarding, engagement on malt, satisfaction, mission experience & payment) on mobile and desktop. 

The product & tech team is split between Lyon and Paris. Travel between Paris and Lyon is to be expected.

We are looking for a person able to integrate into a team distributed over several sites and in remote, this implies good communication skills. We work on a daily basis on Slack, Jira, Zoom among others.

- Build product roadmaps and features that have impact and move KPIs!

- Drive Discovery with Designers and Data Analysts to frame your problem and converge on solutions

- Participate in the conception and design phases to build the right user experience

- Specify (simply) the solutions and accompany the developers in the Delivery (desktop & mobile)

- Measure the impact of new features (Heap, Chartio, etc.) in collaboration with Product Data Analysts

- Promote your product internally and externally 

- The position is for an Individual Contributor at start-up and includes mid-term management

We are looking for a true Product Leader who loves to make an impact and take everyone with him/her :

- You have several years of experience in Product Management in a tech company and have experienced hyper growth phases. A mastery of engagement & satisfaction issues is a plus.

- You have had an impact on the business and user experience during your previous experiences. You like building things that help change a market and usage. 

- You want to contribute to the development of a product team, share best practices and continue to learn

- Fluent in French and English
