Senior Product Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a technical and experienced product manager to build our internal tools and infrastructure in a way that enables us to scale our products platform as we grow. You will partner directly with our infrastructure engineering leader and other product groups to identify critical user needs, and then define, prioritize, and execute a roadmap that helps us to deliver on those needs.  This person will work with our various Product Engineering teams and report directly to the SVP of Product. Here's what you'll do:

• Manage the infrastructure roadmap for our platform. Expertly establish and drive consensus across Engineering and Product on priorities.
• Partner with your customers (other internal Hearth product/engineering teams), to understand their problems and collaborate to deliver solutions.
• Lead the ideation, development, and launch of technical tools, standards, and processes to be used across our teams and projects.
• Own key libraries and frameworks used across the suite of products, prioritize upgrades or replacement, and drive projects across multiple engineering teams to completion.
• Implement and maintain integrations that are key to overall product functionality and scale.
• Use data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
• Ensure frequent and clear communication to all of your internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish and evolve the product management discipline and practices within Infrastructure/Platform engineering.

Here's what we're looking for:

• Combination of strong technical background and customer-focused mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of software development in the context of SaaS platforms
• Strong understanding of third-party integrations, APIs, etc.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment for both mobile and web interfaces
• Data-driven mindset, experience with analytics frameworks and tools such as SQL
• Demonstrated project management skills and ability to motivate and lead a skilled group of peers
• Strong collaboration and negotiation skills in a team environment with competing priorities
• Understanding of industry/tech trends and how they affect technical roadmaps
•  4+ years of professional experience with 2+ years in a dedicated product management role
