DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Product team at Circle Medical Technologies. As we continue to grow, we are constantly searching for exceptional talent to be a part of our team. This position may be based out of our offices in San Francisco, California.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Manage the product life cycle from discovery through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
Develop and prioritize the product roadmap based on business impact and consumer insights
Break down strategies and features into actionable user stories for the development team
Align product strategy with OKRs and communicate progress through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, operations, and clinical teams to drive product development
Lead a data-driven development process, leveraging user research and analytics to inform decisions
Communicate product releases and their impact to both internal teams and external stakeholders

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Ability to quickly design and launch MVPs to validate hypotheses
Strong analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitative
Ability to prioritize resources and lead them for maximum impact
Ability to estimate, deliver and measure impact
Strong written and verbal communication skills

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

At least 5 years of work experience and 3+ years as a product manager in B2C software
Demonstrated impact in one or more of the following areas: consumer web apps, electronic medical records, support, and/or infrastructure
Experience with healthcare or wellness
Familiarity with development tools like Figma and GitHub

WHAT WILL GIVE YOU AN EDGE

Proven track record with other startups or VC-funded companies
Strong technical skills including SQL
Strong Product Design or User-Experience Design skills

Compensation

In alignment with our values, Circle Medical has transparent salaries based on output levels, and options to trade cash for stock.

This is a full-time, salaried position with an annual salary range of $150,000 to $200,000 USD plus generous vacation, and full medical/dental benefits.
