(Senior) Product Manager (Hamburg or Remote)

We are seeking a (Senior) Product Manager to lead a dynamic team focused on solving intricate challenges within the ride-hailing and multi-mobility industry. As a visionary product manager, you will excel in problem-solving, data exploration, and ensuring a user-centric approach. Your role is not confined by limits; you're obsessed with driving execution and getting things done.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

• Conduct discovery activities to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Own and drive solution delivery and execution, focusing on diverse opportunities within the product landscape.
• Drive efficiency and conversion by optimising processes, funnel optimization, and monetization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and operations.
• Shape both short-term roadmaps and long-term strategies for product evolution.

Examples of problems you will be solving: 

• Optimising driver and rider onboarding experiences.
• Implementing strategies for (dynamic) pricing and revenue maximisation.
• Creating innovative solutions for user safety and security in our services.
• Developing features to optimise the overall supply-demand balance.
• Enhancing rider experience through personalised recommendations.
• Developing tools to empower drivers with actionable insights.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

• 5+ years of experience in Product/Analytics roles.
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in SQL, and experience with data visualisation tools.
• Proven track record of driving growth in consumer-facing startups or large organisations.
• Background in the tech industry is essential; prior experience in ride-hailing or similar domains is highly desirable.
• Experience working on user-facing products, ideally on mobile platforms.
• High user empathy and adept at transitioning between creative brainstorming and detailed experimentation.
• Team-focused, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
