Senior Product Manager, Growth

Who is this for?

We’re looking for a result-oriented, creative yet highly analytical individual who has a proven track record of growth experiments at a previous company/startup. Our product has a stellar retention (>80%) and you’d have the opportunity/responsibility to lead an internal team dedicated to growth hacking.

The role

If Hacking Growth is on your nightstand and you’re obsessed with creating and implementing new real-life growth strategies on a daily basis, this is your opportunity to shine. Our team spent the past two years perfecting a high retention platform with tons of opportunities for someone to step in and bring our growth to the next level. We are aiming to hit some important milestones over the next months/years and our growth team is a key part of that. Your team will be composed of a designer, 2-3 developers and a data scientist if needed.

Duties

• Plan, define and review growth experiments with VP of Product
• On a weekly/bi-weekly basis, deploy new experiments and review previous ones
• Define and monitor key funnels and metrics
• Work with other product teams to understand and define new opportunities

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building and shipping great software, including responsibilities driving prioritization, trade-offs, and timelines.
• 1+ years of experience focused on high-scale growth problems.
• Proven track record of impact through solving growth problems.
• Strong product sense and pride in understanding your customers.
