Who we are looking for

We are looking for a dedicated, motivated and entrepreneurial Senior Product Manager to lead customer acquisition for Shares' consumer products. This is a highly visible and impactful role that will own the strategy and roadmap to acquire the next 1 million customers on Shares.

Our ideal candidate has proven experience launching successful software products in consumer-facing companies, is a master at developing creative solutions to hard problems and evangelizes ideas with ease.

What you'll be doing

• Define the product strategy/roadmap to acquire the next 1 million customers on Shares, and drive execution of the roadmap to achieve defined customer acquisition and growth goals.
• Manage a team of cross-functional stakeholders (including engineering, design and marketing) to define requirements, prioritize, and execute.
• Define and analyze KPI's that inform the success of products.
• You will take full responsibility for your vertical and crush competition

Ownership Areas

• Customer acquisition across all channels, including organic, paid, referrals, search, and partnerships
• Conversion of visitors to signed up customers
• Partnerships with influencers to dominate the social investing space
• Product roadmap for marketing technology to scale an efficient performance marketing program
• Driving growth through referrals, affiliate programs, and distribution partnerships

Requirements

• 4+ years working in product management at a mobile B2C software company
• Experience as a PM on a high performing Growth team at a consumer tech company
• Strong empathy for customers and an unwillingness to compromise on user-centred design
• You are highly logical and technical
• Self-starter attitude and ability to work independently
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects affecting many functions, including product, engineering, finance, compliance, and support. Ability to direct major cross-functional initiatives with effective prioritization and influence
• You have a track record of building successful (financial) products using data, customer feedback, common sense, and/or machine learning
• Experience working on Acquisition, and/or marketing tech
