We are looking for a passionate Growth Product Manager to join our team. This is a meaningful, impactful, and highly collaborative position. Reporting to the SVP of Product & Science, you will spearhead our product growth efforts. At first, you will focus on removing friction from the first-time user experience, ensuring that more end-users quickly reach their 'aha moment' when using the Ai-Assisted Reagent Selection platform. You will oversee activation within the company, and will closely work with growth marketing, customer success, product management, product design, engineering, and other team members

You will:

Develop a growth roadmap that ladders up to the company strategy
Run experimentation of hypotheses to decrease inefficiencies throughout the funnel (acquisition through to retention)
Oversee the Activation metric within BenchSci, and work with growth marketing & customer success to enhance the first time experience in a cross-functional manner
Translate business needs into technical requirement documentation and related resources
Measure and report essential metrics to internal stakeholders to demonstrate the value created by the team.

You have:

4+ years of proven track record in driving product growth in data-heavy products
A background in science is an advantage
Taken new features from conception, through launch to adoption, engagement, and retention
Business understanding, combined with a natural curiosity, attention to detail, and an analytic mind.
Experience influencing cross-functional teams to achieve outcomes over outputs
Strong problem-solving skills - can deal with ambiguity, gather information, prioritize, and promote execution on goals, ensuring they ladder up to main strategies
A data-informed decision-making process, and can identify new opportunities and provide sound reasoning for strategy decisions from that data
