Senior Product Manager - job at Spotify

The Freemium R&D team oversees the entire user journey on Spotify and ensures we engage with people in innovative ways, every step of the way. We are looking for a creative, entrepreneurial, and impact focused Senior Product Manager to join our team. You will lead a cross-functional growth team as they begin exploring new growth opportunities relating to Spotify’s long-term vision as a platform and marketplace.

What you'll do:

Shape, frame, and communicate your vision and strategy for how to grow Spotify’s listener base.
Work with Design, Insights, Marketing, Engineering and other teams to implement that strategy and roadmap, collecting insights and proof points along the way.
Influence your team and cross functional partners towards alignment and execution.
Combine creativity with thoughtful experimentation and iteration to find the ideas that are most impactful to listeners and to Spotify.
Champion Spotify’s culture and values to make sure that your team is strong and healthy.

Who you are:

You're an expert product manager with a background in data driven product development and a track record of leading teams to impact.
You have experience working on both native mobile apps and web products.
You have an innovative mentality, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to turn ambiguity into clarity.
You can partner and influence effectively across all levels of an organization, and regularly use these skills to improve the work going on around you.
You have a history of finding innovative ways to validate big and novel ideas. You’re partial towards action and driving impact.
Your colleagues describe you as a storyteller that regularly galvanizes others into action.
You bring a passion for music and podcast culture, and for cultural equity and impact in general.
You enjoy mentoring and coaching fellow Product Managers who are growing in their career.
