Senior Product Manager, Growth (Engagement)

YOUR MISSION

As Senior Product Manager, Growth (Engagement) you will focus on driving product engagement for self-serve members (free & paid)  to improve usage and revenue retention. You will work alongside other Growth Product Managers with focuses on other areas of the customer journey (Acquisition, Activation, Monetization) to grow Online ARR. 

Specifically, you will:

• Build out an engagement strategy for self serve users (free & paid)  and socialize it for buy in
• Manage and develop a roadmap to support engagement; experiments and feature ownership over (in-product messaging); work cross functionally to execute including on surface areas your team may not “own”
• Run experiments to increase engagement and share those learnings across the company
• Partner with marketing to develop and execute engagement strategies in marketing owned channels 
• Collaborate with a product team of developers, designers,  and product analysts  to deliver high-quality experiences that lead to desired outcomes
• Work closely with other Product Growth Pillar leads (PMs, EMs, etc)  suggesting ways in which we can be more effective as a pillar and team
• Become the go-to person for in-product messaging solutions (eg - 3rd party comms tools, trigger email, etc)
• Partner with analytics and research to better understand what drives engagement and retention; be a subject matter expert on the topic
• Be able to speak to trends in engagement KPIs and how your teams work is moving the needle
• Work with the VP of Product Growth to contribute to the refinement of our overarching Product-led Growth strategy 

YOUR PROFILE

The top candidate will have the following skills:

• +4 years of experience of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS products; ideally including experience working on a Growth team or equivalent
• Applies a blend of a user-driven and business-driven perspective for decision making
• Proven track record of effective collaboration with product teams and cross functionally
• Experience working in a high-growth company with fast-paced decision making processes
• Experience with technical platform products
• Previous experience running A/B tests 
• Strong communicator; excellent English written and verbal skills, proactive
• Insatiable curiosity 

Nice to have...

• Experience in Design Thinking and design methods
• Worked with remote collaboration software
