About the role
The Growth team is on a mission to get our product in the hands of the next 10 million members. We focus on how we can improve the experience to remove barriers for people to find and use Chime.
We are looking for a Senior Growth Product Manager to build growth product experiences and infrastructure to accelerate the growth of our business. You will drive decision-making through customer insights, quantitative analysis and AB testing. You will own the strategy, roadmap and execution of key Growth initiatives. This includes optimizing our website and onboarding flows; evolving our attribution framework, and identifying the next set of new features that prospects need.
For Colorado based roles: In accordance with applicable law, this role has an annual starting salary of $149,000 plus bonus, a competitive equity package, and benefits (see below). The actual pay may be higher depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
