Senior Product Manager

Location Details: 

At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.  

This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands.

Product Management at GoDaddy is a mission critical role, with both strategic and operational responsibilities. You’ll work with Engineering, UX, and other internal teams to decide what products and services we build, why they exist, and how they improve impact to our mission.

Product Managers set the vision and drive delivery, uniting the team and company in pursuit of empowering more small businesses to realize more success. They are the voice of customers, obsessed with creating business value by first creating customer value. They are passionate and entrepreneurial. They have found simplicity on the other side of complexity, with a clear track record of bringing products to market and making an impact at scale.

What you’ll get to do…

• Help small businesses succeed online by creating incredible CRM marketing tools that are ahead of industry trends including importing customer data, creating outreach lists, developing automations and more
• Define a product roadmap and oversee the project’s successful execution
• Work with other internal GoDaddy teams as well as external vendors as needed for the development of the GoDaddy CRM marketing experiences
• Ensure that our products are hard-working, follow all standard methodologies and helps the entrepreneurs achieve the desired objectives

Your experience should include…

• 7+ years professional product management experience,
• 5+ years of marketing services and CRM experience
• A data-driven mentality and solid understanding of the scientific method (experimentation)
• Professional experience crafting and capturing customer inputs, yielding customer-centric products, services, and experiences
• Experience defining and prioritizing initiatives while working cross-functionally and handling collaborator relationships and dependencies
• Experience establishing direction, goals, expectations, and work plans across teams
• Experience with Fullstory, SurveyMonkey, Jira, Confluence, Slack, Tableau, Google Analytics, SharePoint, and Loom
