The UI Platform team at Atlassian makes it easy for Atlassian teams and ecosystem partners to ship user interfaces. We do that by offering the components, infrastructure, and best-practices for engineers and designers to ship high-quality web apps.
In this Senior Product Manager role you will lead our Frontend Developer Productivity teams. These teams are based out of Australia and India and help our frontend engineers to code and deploy world-class frontend applications. So your customers are Atlassian’s engineers, and your product includes developer tooling, automation, delivery pipeline, monorepo, and engineering best practices.
You will inspire and lead a group of 4 teams and help define the vision & strategy, analyse industry trends as well as customer needs, and prioritise features and improvements. You will partner with engineering and design to form a triad to encourage and lead your teams to success.

- Passionate about frontend engineering and across the latest technologies and frameworks, ideally you have been a frontend engineer.
- Worked as a PM for a fast-paced tech company, ideally in a platform or infrastructure role.
- Experience prioritising opportunities, defining features, and launching capabilities for customers
- Ability to paint a compelling vision and define strategy and goals to inspire your teams and partners
- Strong track record of building relationships and influencing at all levels across the organisation
It’s a bonus if you have;
- Have come to Product Management from a frontend developer background
- Have past experience working in platform and infrastructure domains
