As Product Manager, you will join the team responsible for the strategic vision and product management for Foxit. You will be able to contribute to a product vision, create a roadmap, and bring new products to life or enhance existing products. You will work very closely with UI designers, development teams, technical leads/architects, customer-facing teams and key customers to identify and define requirements to be delivered as features or capabilities in continuous product releases. The role involves creating and managing product strategies, roadmaps, writing requirements, building and maintaining product backlogs, and ensuring successful launches. Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead, support, and grow a group of product managers to coordinate and implement the development of new features and services.

• Influence and motivate cross-functional teams to move toward a shared vision.

• Help define the success metrics of the projects your team works on and own the outcomes. Evaluate your team’s performance on a quarterly and annual basis.

• Work with external partners to integrate key functionality into our SaaS offerings.

• Master usage analytics, support and marketing data to define programs to analyze customer needs and trends.

• Connect with customers to identify needs and requirements and synthesize findings into product programs to ensure customer success and adoption.

• Own metrics that contribute meaningfully to business goals.

• Help define and execute a multi-year vision for Foxit’s SaaS offerings.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing to support product launches by providing sales enablement tools such as key feature/benefits; product positioning; competitive intelligence; and other content or training.

Required Skills:

3+ years of Product Management experience and 7+ years professional work experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Hands on experience with software product management
Strong requirement gathering and writing skills including requirement elicitation and documenting test criteria, requirement grooming, use cases, user journeys, mock-ups, etc.
Proficient user of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Office 365, Zoom, MS Teams, etc.
Strategic and tactical mindset. Builds a well thought out product roadmap and executes on the roadmap accordingly.
Ability to collaborate with PM leadership, other PM’s and R&D on release planning
Plans and prioritizes work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals
Results oriented - consistently delivers on commitments, takes initiative, has a bias toward action, takes responsibility, shows individual accountability, has a sense of urgency, makes timely decisions
Strong facilitation, prioritization, negotiation and influencing skills
Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage work efficiently and effectively
Ability to work independently and take the initiative but is also a collaborative team player
Ability to establish authentic, productive relationships across various business organizations
Ability to see challenges as opportunities and lead by the "Everything is possible" attitude
Manages Ambiguity - operates effectively, even when things are not certain, or the way forward is not clear.
Metrics and data driven - tracks product performance, customer data, creates metrics with an ability to define success criteria for new features.
Act as a product evangelist by educating others on product use cases, influencing people to use or try the product or train others on how to use the product.
