Senior Product Manager

Position Title: Sr. Product Manager  

Position Location: 345 California Street, Ste. 600, San Francisco, CA 94104

Days / Hours: Mon – Fri / 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Summary of Duties: Responsible for end-to-end success of a product platform, including experimentation and iteration to find product market fit. Define product roadmap for product platform. Regularly engage with customers to deeply understand needs. Collaborate with design and engineering to identify technical possibilities and define design options to build solutions to customer problems. Write specifications defining why and how features should work. Identify and track key success metrics for features. Define and communicate product plans from conception to launch. Work with Sales, Support, Customer Success, Marketing, and other departments to ensure success for customers and company.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field of study and 5 years of progressive experience in Product Management at a technology company. 

Applicants must have demonstrated experience with the following: 

1. 2 years of experience in the B2B or SaaS space;
2. owning and shipping SaaS products end-to-end; 
3. developing and shipping new products and experiences by working directly with a designer; 
4. any two of the following: AI, Machine Learning, or NLP;
5. technical communications with development teams to discuss and respond to feature impacts and tradeoffs;
6. analyzing data and creating insights to support product efforts; 
7. finding product-market fit for products in development; and
8. working in a startup environment.

Any and all experience may be gained concurrently.

**The anticipated salary range for this role based in San Francisco, CA will be $180k-220k (base). This amount does not include bonuses or equity.
