Senior Product Manager (f/m/d*)

We are looking for a passionate Senior Product Manager (f/m/d*) who is experienced in advocating user needs and turning them into a product strategy. You will work with cross functional teams of engineers and designers, and lead our product efforts whilst taking full ownership of your work to support company wide high-impact bets towards our hyper-growth.

This is a permanent role on a full-time basis, with an option for remote working (+/- 1hrs CET).

YOUR MISSION

• You will own and shape the strategic product roadmap for your product area in alignment with company goals and strategy in cooperation with the Management Team
• You will take the lead on development and optimization plans in order to drive growth and engagement for Wunderflats
• You will collaborate closely with various Stakeholders (incl. Designers, Engineers and other Product Managers) during the product discovery, solution and execution phase
• You will develop innovative product solutions to business challenges based on user-centric quantitative and qualitative insights 
• You will manage your own cross-functional team including optimizing the existing agile processes, proactively setting milestones and product increments from your roadmap 
• You stay up to date on current techniques and innovations and are excited to help us continuously improve our processes, approaches and methods

YOUR PROFILE

• You are an experienced Senior Product Manager, mainly focused on the discovery and delivery of digital products (6+ years in Product Management and 2+ years in leading cross-functional teams) 
• You have a track record of 3+ years of proactively analyzing users’ needs and ensuring the highest level of quality when it comes to translating these requirements into a roadmap
• You think strategically, are data-driven and understand how product innovations further Wunderflats’ overall growth in the long run
• You are an expert in utilizing various product management techniques, agile software development methods and stakeholder management
• You have been leading and building teams in start-ups or scale-ups, lead by example and base your leadership on communication, empathy, trust, and collaboration
• You are business fluent in English
