WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As a Senior Product manager leading our Financial Crime space within our Core Banking element, you will combat risk and compliance challenges with technology. Your mission is to ensure Trade Republic maintains a best-in-class fraud prevention and regulatory compliance engine as we grow our product offering and expand internationally. You’ll find the most effective solutions to adhere to compliance requirements and proactively prevent fraud while maintaining the best user experience. 

• Be the ultimate owner of product performance and business impact for Trade Republic’s financial crime prevention system

• Understand the ever-changing regulatory ecosystem and find efficient solutions to always maintain Trade Republic’s high standard in financial crime prevention

• Work closely with all functions to shape the product strategy and roadmap for the Fincrime Team and own execution on that strategy

• Define and analyze metrics, and iterate quickly to deliver optimal customer experience while minimizing risk

• Improve and optimize our compliance capabilities to increase user impact

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of product management hands-on experience 

• Passionate, and with a deep understanding of compliance and risk management in the financial services industry

• Proven track record of effectively owning product development for financial crime prevention software and are able to translate requirements into valuable, feasible and usable solutions

• Deep analytical, prioritisation, organisational and problem solving skills

• Execution-focused with a bias toward action
