We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong track record of building services and interfaces in the Finance, Procurement & Accounting Technology domains. With innovation and agility as our core, we are constantly looking to optimize the systems and processes that drive Atlassian from Procure to Pay, Invoice to cash, Payroll, Talent Management and Recruiting. In this role, you will establish a winning partnership with the procurement and finance accounting leadership team in driving alignment on roadmaps and identifying critical priorities for the business. You will be involved in various aspects of identifying, designing and adopting industry leading best practices in such a way that such solutions are built to scale with our growing business.

You are constantly assessing system functionality vs. evolving business capability needs and requirements; is a good liaison with business partners, finance and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure future-proof process design, data integrity and security standards.

We’d Love for You to Have:

10+ years of combined experience driving major Procurement, Finance and Accounting transformations for a Global organization with a focus on Experience and Compliance Standards.
At least 2 full lifecycle Cloud/SaaS implementation experience of Procurement and/or ERP modules that include the Source to Pay lifecycle.
Good exposure to leading technology in the Supply Chain and/or Procurement space such as Ariba, Oracle Procurement or Coupa, in a complex landscape involving several SaaS solutions for the breadth of Source to Pay functions.
A deep domain expertise in the Sourcing, Procurement contracts management and Supplier Risk Management and transactional processing of purchase requisitions, invoices and payment settlements.
4+ years of experience in a product management role, in an agile environment designing and delivering world-class platform products with a focus on Sourcing, Procurement of goods and services, Vendor data management and Risk&Compliance.
A Detailed oriented analytical approach, yet be able to synthesize information to provide relevant data points for effective decision making.
Demonstrated abilities to map user journeys, prototypes and write user stories based on business requirements.
Experience building and owning roadmaps for the Source to Pay product space in close partnership with Finance & Accounting as well as IT Enterprise and Solution architecture teams.
A good understanding of SaaS / subscription management processes and the technology trends around this arena.
Excellent written, oral and presentation abilities to senior leaders in the organization.
