Senior Product Manager: Experimentation - Data Platform (m/f/d)

YOUR ROLE 

As a Senior Product Manager you will work together with the Experimentation Engineering team to build and extend our custom Experiment Platform. As a data-driven company, we need to know how to best serve our users, and we do this using data. Each feature will be tailored for the user via experimentation. Teams throughout the company will use these hypotheses to shape our platform in the way our customers enjoy and trust us with their savings.

Within the Experimentation Platform team, you will work cross-functionally and enable all departments to create experiments, manage and monitor all of these via the Platform interface. You will shape the vision of Trade Republic by championing a culture of experimentation and empower all departments to implement, execute, and analyze experiments inclusively. 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Gain a deep understanding of stakeholder requirements and manage the implementation of new tools and services

• Be the primary product partner for the Engineering and Data Science teams building Trade Republics Experimentation platform

• Drive the product strategy for how to run and interpret experiments

• Keep open communication with stakeholders by building relationships with partner teams and the broader business for the critical work your teams are doing through data-driven decisions

• Translate stakeholder requests into data requirements 

• Foster an environment that is customer-focused, data driven, and hypothesis based

• Manage the full product lifecycle, including ideation, defining features, writing requirement specifications, leading the execution of changes, and launch of complex features and products

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of product management experience

• Structured thinking and clear communication style, both verbal and written

• Solid understanding of statistical concepts, analytical techniques, and the scientific method required

• Experience building and shipping complex and high impact data products is a plus

• Background in experimentation or analytics preferred

• Passion and drive for continuous learning

• The ability to think big, be data-driven, and focused on helping deliver industry-leading experiences

• A humble and conscious approach that not all good ideas are yours, and not all ideas are good

• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to collaborate with others
