Senior Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will be immersed within Expensya’s Product Team.

The Product Manager is at the intersection of UX, Business and technology to create a product that meets the market’s expectations. Being this Product Manager, you will have to embody the Product culture and simplify the lives of our users, while being creative, with an eye for detail and a data-driven culture in order to solve problems.
Product Manager of a squad in charge of several features of our Expense Management solution used by more than 100,000 active users per month, you will work in collaboration with the UX, QA and Development teams as well as the other squads.

To carry out your position as Product Manager at Expensya, your mission will be to:

Product analysis

• Analysis of competition features and recommendation of the positioning
• Regular user interviews to understand pain points and needs
• Analysis of data and analytics

Product Management

• Elaboration of Objectives and Key results (OKR approach)
• Define a product Roadmap with new features and optimization of the existing features in a user centric approach, while taking the technical constraints into consideration.
• Ensure internal communication, involve stakeholders and evangelize on solutions implemented.

Product Ownership

• Writing User Stories and managing the squad's backlog.
• Ensure the animation of Scrum ceremonies and find solutions to reduce the usability and feasibility risks with the squad.
• Progress monitoring and sprints adaptation

Go to market

• Work with Marketing and Customer Success Managers on customer communication and ensure feature’s adoption
• Work with the support team on documentation and track the customer’s feedback
• Monitoring of Kpi, reporting and definition of the next objectives

• 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally an experience on a SaaS product

• You are passionate about Product Management and you are constantly following trends and new framework

• Data driven approach and design thinking mindset

• Good knowledge of agile methods and their practice

• Have a keen sense of communication

• Good analytical skills to identify problem

• Fluent level in French and English

• Knowledge of analytics tools, BI or SQL query highly appreciated
