We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Requestor team. In this role, you will work closely with Engineering and Design to bring innovative experiences to life for our customers (we call them Requestors), both mid-market and enterprise businesses who rely on Wonolo to fill their staffing needs for front-line workers. You will drive the end-to-end product development process for our comprehensive line of web and mobile applications our Requestors use to post and manage their jobs, rate and pay workers, and monitor overall performance with Wonolo. This is a great opportunity to work on both large-scale and early-stage products. We want to deliver a world-class customer experience, and you will be a big driver behind this.

Product at Wonolo is a collaborative team of Product Managers with a customer-first and data-driven approach to building simple and intuitive user experiences. We are remote-first and welcome qualified candidates located anywhere in the United States and Canada.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the product development of our enterprise business surfaces including the back-office admin product (web interface). The Back-Office Admin product allows the internal Managed Services team to post and manage jobs on behalf of our largest customers, favorite and pay workers, and monitor overall performance with Wonolo. 
  • Lead the product development process and drive product priorities by understanding your end user’s’ needs through research and various types of testing/prototyping.
  • You will have a pivotal role in our ability to scale by continuously finding better ways to create a delightful experience for our end users.
  • We are a collaborative team of Product Managers with a customer-first approach to building products. If you are a data-driven Product Leader who has a "get things done” mentality, is user-obsessed, and looking for impact at scale at a mission-driven startup, we would love to hear from you!

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management 
  • Experience building B2B web products at scale
  • Proven experience to execute data-driven problem solving; ability to run detailed analysis (well versed with data)
  • Ability to turn complex or ambiguous problem statements into solid action plans
  • Ability to execute on feature requests while still carving out time to prioritize higher-impact projects that drive greater business success
  • Ability to discuss technical details with engineering and product design, while concisely communicating your vision with leadership, customers, and business partners
  • Experience setting up instrumentation and implementing analytics conducting exploratory analysis to inform product decisions 
  • You demonstrate a commitment towards advancing representation and inclusion in and outside the workplace

Preferred:

  • Experience in the staffing industry
  • SQL experience
  • Experience with tools like Segment, Amplitude, and Looker
