SeatGeek Enterprise (SGE) provides software to a range of live entertainment clients across sports, theater, and more. Partnering with clients like the Dallas Cowboys, Jujamcyn Theatres, and the Brooklyn Nets, our product aims to bring the ticketing box office into the modern era.
As we grow, the scale of our technical challenges - along with their effect on our clients and their fans - continues to increase. We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to help shape and execute our Enterprise product strategy and roadmap.
What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of small, medium, and large product initiatives, united under a Enterprise product strategy
- Prioritize, define, build, and iterate on features to improve and expand your product area
- Work closely with key stakeholders both internally and at our Enterprise clients - including executive leadership, and especially the SeatGeek Engineering team
- Understand and represent the product opportunities for our clients - unearthed and validated through research and data
- Anticipate bottlenecks, manage planned and unplanned work, make trade-offs, and balance speed with quality
- Proactively communicate updates on deliverables and outcomes to stakeholders, and be an ambassador for your product area to the product team and broader organization
Who you are
- You have a proven track record of shipping products, with 4+ years of relevant product experience (bonus points if you have Enterprise B2B Product experience)
- You have a technical background, are intensely curious about the technology that powers the products you work on, and have a deep level of data fluency
- You have strong interpersonal skills and can work well with external clients to balance expectations with engineering delivery capabilities
- You can translate technical jargon into human-readable ideas and concepts (and vice versa), and are comfortable communicating anything from project status updates to long-term strategic plans to diverse audiences including senior leadership, stakeholders, and your peers
- Knowledge of the primary ticketing industry is a plus. Even better if you have experience working with one of the Big 4 sports leagues or performing arts
Perks
- Equity stake
- Flexible work environment, allowing you to work as many days a week in the office as you’d like or 100% remotely
- A WFH stipend to support your home office setup
- Flexible PTO
- Up to 16 weeks of paid family leave
- 401(k) matching program
- Health, vision, dental, and life insurance
- Annual subscriptions to Headspace, Ginger.io, and One Medical
- $120 a month to spend on tickets to live events
- Annual subscription to Spotify, Apple Music, or Amazon music
