We are witnessing a massive shift of consumer behavior from offline to online. With it, there is a need for technologies that enable online businesses to thrive. Bolt is at the center of this universe working on the next generation of ecommerce, having created a best-in-class buying experience from checkout to fraud detection, payments, and more. With our help, retailers can successfully compete with the online retail giants that have the means to invest in technology.

Bolt is hiring a product manager to own the acquisition and onboarding of enterprise merchants. These are merchants with large, recognizable brands, drive hundreds of millions of dollars of payment volume, and are critical to Bolt’s success. You’ll be responsible for working with some of the world’s largest ecommerce platforms, building products that allow merchants to onboard with as few manual steps as possible, and partnering with internal teams to hone our business strategy and increase enterprise merchant adoption.

What you’ll do…

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for the acquisition and onboarding of enterprise merchants
  • Partner with business development, sales, and support teams to clearly define enterprise needs, and systematically solve these needs with new products and features
  • Create world-class API documentation that allows developers and systems integrators to meet enterprise use cases
  • Constantly advocate for enterprise merchants by influencing the roadmaps of internal product teams

What would set you up for success…

  • 4+ years of product management experience
  • Experience working on technology concepts like APIs and ecommerce platforms
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Ability to earn trust with your peers
  • Experience in B2B or B2B2C companies is a plus
