JOB DUTIES:

DELIVER NEW PRODUCTS AND SERVICES DESIGNED TO SERVE THE NEEDS OF LARGE COMPANIES USING ATLASSIAN PRODUCTS EVERY SINGLE DAY. DESIGN SERVICES THAT WILL BE UTILIZED FOR THE SECURITY, RELIABILITY, AND SCALE REQUIREMENTS OF ATLASSIAN’S ENTERPRISE CUSTOMERS. PIONEER NEW, CREATIVE APPROACHES TO BUILDING SOFTWARE FOR THE ENTERPRISE. DRIVE THE INFORMATION SECURITY STRATEGY FOR ALL ATLASSIAN CLOUD PRODUCTS TO ENSURE THESE PRODUCTS MEET THE SECURITY AND COMPLIANCE NEEDS OF ATLASSIAN’S ENTERPRISE CUSTOMERS. MAINTAIN UNDERSTANDING OF ATLASSIAN’S LARGEST CUSTOMERS' INFORMATION SECURITY REQUIREMENTS FOR CLOUD SOFTWARE AND BUILD A ROADMAP TO ADDRESS THEIR NEEDS. WORK WITH TEAMS ACROSS ATLASSIAN TO BUILD THESE CAPABILITIES. WORK WITH THE MARKETING AND SALES TEAM TO TAKE THE FEATURES TO MARKET. APPLY A DEEP UNDERSTANDING OF ENTERPRISE REQUIREMENTS FOR CLOUD SOFTWARE, THE ABILITY TO PRIORITIZE THEM, AND THE TECHNICAL UNDERSTANDING TO PARTNER CLOSELY WITH ENGINEERING TO EXECUTE ON THE DEFINED ROADMAP. RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING ATLASSIAN CLOUD PRODUCTS MEET THE NEEDS OF CUSTOMERS MIGRATING FROM ON-PREMISES DEPLOYMENTS, WHILE MAKING THEM EASIER TO ADMINISTER.

MINIMUM EDUCATION:

BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN BUSINESS, MATH, COMPUTER SCIENCE, ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING OR RELATED FIELD OF STUDY.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN PRODUCT MANAGEMENT, TECHNOLOGY-FOCUSED BUSINESS STRATEGY, GO-TO-MARKET STRATEGY OR SIMILAR FOR-ENTERPRISE GRADE PRODUCTS.

ALTERNATE EDUCATION:

MASTER'S DEGREE IN BUSINESS, MATH, COMPUTER SCIENCE, ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING OR RELATED FIELD OF STUDY.

ALTERNATE EXPERIENCE:

2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN PRODUCT MANAGEMENT, TECHNOLOGY-FOCUSED BUSINESS STRATEGY, GO-TO-MARKET STRATEGY OR SIMILAR FOR-ENTERPRISE GRADE PRODUCTS.
