About This Job
The Pricing Squad owns one of the most critical areas of the product: pricing calculations, discounting and loyalty. The work you do directly impacts and supports our customers’ revenue strategies. This squad owns a powerful set of features across both POS and eCommerce. This exciting track of work is a fundamental part of Dutchie’s current and future offerings.
What You'll Do...
- Leverage qualitative and quantitative to identify and prioritize the most impactful opportunities
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and GTM to deliver powerful solutions to customers
- Partner with our Sales and Customer Success teams to build and maintain relationships with key customer accounts
- Analyze and track product KPIs to understand how your products are performing
What You Bring...
- 4+ years of product management experience with a proven history of success
- Curiosity, adaptability and an entrepreneurial spirit- you must be comfortable rolling up your sleeves, thriving in ambiguity, and getting the work done
- Experience understanding complex problems and breaking them down into approachable pieces
- A customer-first mindset and high standards for the work you deliver
- Ability to define and prioritize across multiple initiatives
- Excellence in building cross-functional relationships
- Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written
You’ll Get…
We are targeting a starting salary of $160,000 based on the intended level for this role. There may be flexibility on individual compensation packages based candidate skillet, experience, qualifications and other position-related factors.
In addition to cash compensation, our total rewards package includes:
