The team
Our Product & Program Management teams work on some of the most impactful and challenging problems in the Software industry. We are a highly collaborative cross-border group that operates on the edge between Engineering and the business and helps to design solutions from concept to launch – all while focusing on and advocating for what’s best for our customers. We work closely with Engineering and Design to create some of the most innovative never-been-done-before products. We partner with the Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Security teams to bring the product to market.

This position
As the Senior Product Manager, you develop the roadmap, vision, definition, design and deliver the underlying platform systems and applications necessary to support continued system scale, a broadening product portfolio, the basis for new innovative product capabilities, and improve operational efficiencies related to these industries. Your objectives are directly linked to business metrics such as revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

This position is an individual contributor reporting to Sr. Director – Product Management and is designated Flex.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our agreement platform
• Drive developer experiences, challenge the status quo and champion an API-first culture across the platform
• Translate vision and strategy into product requirements, facilitate a sound design and deliver an efficient experience
• Work closely with developers and product managers across the company to understand and coordinate development of new APIs and services
• Define key success metrics and track and report on APIs adoption, usage and experience

Basic qualifications

• Bachelors or Master’s in computer science, Information Systems or equivalent
• 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6+ years related experience with a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience in technical product management for enterprise cloud/SaaS product/service
• 2+ years of experience data modeling

Preferred qualifications 

• Demonstrated success building/managing large-scale technology products including new, existing, or legacy products
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate in a matrixed environment having multiple stakeholders
• Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Program Management
• Ability to collaborate well across organizational boundaries
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills
