The team
Our Marketing team creates world-class content and data-driven marketing solutions that communicate the value of DocuSign’s Agreement Cloud to reach more customers and help them understand the potential impact DocuSign can have on their business. We design creative for a new business campaign. Build worldwide digital experiences that touch millions. Refine messaging around new product launches. Organize captivating customer events. Develop innovative social media campaigns. Collaborate on playbooks and training with the Sales team. Marketing is the face and voice of DocuSign and plays a key, high-impact role in how we tell our story.

This position
You will help create and execute the roadmap related to online marketing experiences worldwide, including all the ways in which customers learn about DocuSign. The role must be able to create consistencies through all experiences that align with a target state vision, size up opportunities, and be ruthless about prioritization.  You will have the opportunity to have a massive impact on our business by creating a world class, seamless digital experience for DocuSign’s customers. 

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Lead Product Manager - WW Marketing Experience and is designated Flex.

Responsibilities

  • Support WW marketing experiences and contributing to a vision across desktop and mobile
  • Drive end to end international digital feature enhancements for our sales teams, customer support teams, legal teams, and business stakeholders
  • Use a combination of qualitative and quantitative data insights, as well as industry best practices to prioritize digital feature enhancements including federated search, embedded and reusable form components, chat functionality, Cookie Consent, Sign In and Sign Out components, and streamlining complex interactions across a massive online footprint
  • Document crystal clear requirements, use cases, and flows to be passed on to Engineering, UX Design and Analytics teams for implementation
  • Communicate roadmap and corresponding impact to stakeholders across the org
  • Leverage a variety of research methodologies to inform requirements (User research, quantitative data, competitive analysis). This will be achieved in partnership with our design and analytics teams
  • Partner with Data & Insights, and Testing Optimization teams to drive a continuous stream of A/B tests worldwide

Basic qualifications

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business, CS or Design; MBA / MA preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in digital product management
  • 3+ years of experience having worked directly with UX, Engineering, Program Management and Testing teams
  • Experience driving complex projects across a large, cross functional organization
  • Track record of building experiences that effectively solve a customer pain point and yield significant business impact

Preferred qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to communicate with a wide range of team members and job functions, including executives, and to lead through influence across teams
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data from a variety of sources, identify key insights, spot optimization opportunities, and inform product decisions, with a bias to action and experimentation
  • Comfortable and knowledgeable about chatbots, online forms, federated search, digital surveying, able to anticipate and understand new technologies
  • Requires knowledge of marketing best practices and industry insights to achieve world class acquisition and retention rates

Based on Colorado law, the following details are for Colorado individuals only: Colorado base salary range: $118,200 - $146,800 and eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
