ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Product Manager at Ada for the newly formed Diagnostics & Health Profile team, you will be overseeing one of our main initiatives aimed to build our Diagnostics & Health Profile capabilities. You will create a unique health ecosystem powered by a wide range of health inputs (lab tests, wearables amongst other health personal data) as a baseline to create and provide rich personalized health insights and therefore improve the health of millions of users through our app and enterprise solutions. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

• Own, define and execute on the product vision, strategy and roadmap of the Diagnostics and Health Profile, and strongly influence the overarching Product and company strategy
• Perform as the Product Owner and manage the product backlog for the Diagnostics and Health Profile team
• Collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders (Marketing, Business, Medical, Legal, sister product teams, etc.) and senior leadership, prioritize and build consensus amongst them, building consensus across teams and departments
• Responsible for setting the right KPIs and targets for your team and driving significant impact to Ada customers.
• Collaboratively guide product development together with your engineering, design and medical counterparts.
• Communicate effectively, plans, successes AND failures
• Nurture a hands-on data-driven experimental process by collaborating with data analysts and UX teams in order to uncover opportunities, test hypotheses and prioritise your roadmap
• Coach and mentor other product managers to help thrive and foster a strong product mindset across the other disciplines

WHAT YOU WILL BRING :

• 5+ years of product management experience in Consumer facing Products and Agile/Scrum environments, with a clear track of records in solving customer problems and driving significant impact
• An entrepreneurial, resilient, can-do approach
• An extensive experience driving the latest discovery methodologies ultimately leading to highly efficient and frequent feature deliveries
• Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and translate them into actionable insights and ultimately high potential opportunities
• Nice to have: Regulated health technology background
• Nice to have: US health system understanding
