Senior Product Manager, Developer Experience

Metaplex has experienced massive growth in less than a year since launch, with over 9 million NFTs created, facilitating over $2 billion in commerce. We have several open positions for experienced Senior Product Managers to join us and lead in key areas: Core Protocol, Developer Experience, and Creator Experience. These roles will report directly to the Head of Product, and will shape the future of Metaplex, and Solana NFTs.Significant previous product management experience is required.Each of these positions have a unique focus and set of skills (more details included below).

Developer Experience, Senior PM

The Developer Experience team makes it easier and faster to work with the Metaplex protocol.This includes SDKs, developer documentation, tutorials, industry specific guidance, testing frameworks, and relationships with community developers.

Are you a developer turned product manager?

• Former Dev/Eng experience, who understands what it takes to build both web2 and web3 products, and who can articulate key components of best in class support materials.
• Documentation, Reference Builds, Tutorials
• SDKs (JS, Mobile, others)
• Willing to help write documentation and create tutorial videos, help run agile processes, and support the team.
• Focused on doing whatever is needed to help create the best resources and tools.
• Excellent collaboration with engineering teams
• Bonus points for:experience with research and usability testing for dev support tools, experience with open source community contributions to tools and documentation.

Requirements

• Experience with zero-to-one early stage products
• Opportunity definition (vs optimization)
• Customer focused prioritization, balance of qual / quant inputs
• Experience defining Requirements & Scope, Prioritization
• 3-5+ Years PM experience
• NFT / Crypto Experience
• Complex Technical Product Ownership
• Willing to help run agile process for team
• Demonstrated collaborative approach to working with engineering and design teams
