Webflow is a visual web development platform that empowers non-coders to create incredible experiences for the web.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to define and deliver the platform capabilities that enable any developer to create powerful, no-code extensions for Webflow. We believe that creating a thriving Developer Ecosystem unlocks our mission of empowering anyone to create software for the web. Your work helps us achieve this scale by driving the products, APIs, and tools for developers to easily add to Webflow’s building blocks.

About the role

  • Location: US Remote
  • Full-time

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll …

  • Define the strategy, roadmap and prioritization for the Developer Experience and APIs
  • Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, Developer Relations, Ops, and Product Marketing to deliver new and impactful capabilities for developers
  • Work closely with Developer Relations to understand and grow the developer audience
  • Define metrics for developer growth, engagement, efficiency and success
  • Establish and implement our API standards in partnership with Developer Relations and feature teams.
  • Partner across Webflow’s product feature teams to ensure that capabilities and APIs are integrated and cohesive.
  • Motivate your team to do the best work of their careers

That said, these responsibilities are just the start! At Webflow, we encourage you to contribute wherever your interests take you — and shape your role accordingly.

About you

You’ll thrive as (a) Senior Product Manager if you:

  • Have 3-5 years experience in a Product Manager role
  • Have experience working across all phases of the development lifecycle and can empathize with developer needs
  • Are familiar with API standards and best practices
  • Can collaboratively partner and influence across multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver user outcomes
  • Know how to balance building for the long-term with delivering near-term wins for users
  • Can effectively communicate complex topics to a broad range of audiences
  • Care about API design and reliability as much as delivering delightful user experiences
  • Thrive in ambiguity and can find the signal in the noise

If you don’t meet 100% of the above qualifications, you should still seriously consider applying. Studies show that you can still be considered for a role if you meet just 50% of the role’s requirements.

About us

At Webflow, we believe that what we’re doing doesn’t define our success -- so we focus on our “why” and “how”:

Our Mission

To empower everyone to create for the web — and lead impactful, fulfilling lives while we do it.

Our core behaviors (how we act)

  1. Earn customer trust
  2. Get it done, do it right
  3. Practice candor with care
  4. Dream big, ship often

Our commitments to you

  • We’ll pay you! This is a full-time, salaried position that includes equity
  • We’ll invest in your physical and mental well-being with health, dental, and vision benefits and a monthly stipend for health and wellness expenses
  • We’ll pay you to take a vacation … seriously. We’ll give you a $1,000 bonus for taking your first vacation with us that is more than 5 days
  • We offer flexible parental leave
  • We provide remote employees with the equipment they need to create a great remote work environment
  • We will offer you the support you need to help you grow as an impactful Senior Product Manager and a human being
