The Platform team creates the technology that enables Back Market to learn quickly and scale easily, enabling rapid growth in our users and our business around the globe.

We are looking for an experienced product manager to level up Back Market’s ability to scale out our cross-platform Design System (a.k.a.Revolve) across all our products.
You will lead a dedicated cross-functional team — including both engineering and design — to deliver the proven foundation upon which all these experiences depend and enable all our products to fully represent our identity.
YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🥇
- Seeking diverse input from a broad set of internal partners to ensure your team can always build the most effective solution that our Designers and Engineers love.
- Defining project goals and ways of measuring the Design System's adoption rate, usability, and overall success.
- Collaborating with your Design and Engineering counterparts, drive delivery, and define the strategy and roadmap for the Design System to enable our organization to scale.
- Empowering Designers and Developers to build higher quality products, faster and promote collaboration across disciplines.
- Ensuring Back Market is accessible to all users and compliant with A11y standards.
- Advocating the Design System usage across platforms and with other teams inside the Back Market family.
