As a Senior Product Manager at Deliverect, you'll have a real impact on the success of our company and our customers. You'll be responsible for developing and executing our strategy to make our integrations even better, so that our customers can centralize and automate their digital ordering operations and succeed in the digital age.

You'll lead a team of Product Managers responsible for developing and maintaining our APIs and integrations. You'll also work with engineering, infrastructure, design, and data to deliver products and infrastructure for these efforts.

You'll also collaborate with other product teams to ensure that the Integrations domain is aligned with the overall product strategy. Additionally, you'll define and execute the GTM strategy for new integrations, as well as measure and analyze the impact of the Integrations domain on our business.

- Define and implement the product strategy and roadmap: This involves working with the team to identify the most important features and integrations to develop, and to create a plan for bringing them to market.

- Act as the voice of the user: This includes gathering feedback from customers, understanding their needs, and translating that feedback into product requirements.

- Define the framework and metrics to measure the impact of the team's offerings: This involves working with the team to identify the most important metrics to track, and to develop a plan for measuring and reporting on those metrics.

- Collaborate with other teams: This includes working with the engineering team to build and maintain the integrations, with the product team to ensure that the integrations are aligned with the overall product strategy, and with the enablement team to ensure that customers and partners are able to use the integrations effectively.

- Define and execute the GTM strategy: This involves developing a plan for launching and promoting new integrations, and for gathering feedback from customers and partners.

- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in the SaaS industry: You have a deep understanding of the product development process and the challenges and opportunities unique to SaaS products. You have a proven track record of success in delivering high-quality products that meet the needs of users and businesses alike.

- 3+ years of experience working with APIs and integrations at a senior level: You have a strong understanding of APIs and integrations, and you have experience working with a variety of different technologies and platforms. You are able to design and implement complex integrations that meet the specific needs of users and businesses.

- Experience leading and managing a team of Product Managers: You have experience leading and managing a team of Product Managers, and you are able to effectively delegate tasks, provide feedback, and motivate your team to achieve their goals.

- Strong analytical and data skills: You have strong analytical and data skills, and you are able to use data to inform your decision-making process. You are also able to communicate complex data analysis to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are able to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including customers, partners, engineers, and other Product Managers. You are also able to build and maintain strong relationships with your team members and stakeholders.

- Experience working with the restaurant industry: You have experience working with the restaurant industry, and you have a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that restaurants face. You are able to develop solutions that meet the specific needs of restaurants and help them to succeed.

- Experience with GraphQL: You have experience with GraphQL, and you are able to design and implement GraphQL APIs. You also have experience working with other GraphQL-related technologies, such as Apollo Graph Manager and Prisma.

- Experience with building and scaling platforms: You have experience building and scaling platforms, and you are able to design and implement scalable solutions. You also have experience working with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS and Azure.
