We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Cloud Product Management group.

What you’ll do:
- Focus on the customer lifecycle and day-1 & day-2 operations of Redis as a leading DBaaS.
- Work with Customer Success and Finance on features and flows that are foundational in driving success of a SaaS offering.
- Own and lead features end to end, from design through development, deployment, and market launch.
- Develop a deep understanding of the market and ecosystem, interacting with customers, partners, and the customer-facing organization.
- Define and document detailed product requirements in collaboration with architects, R&D, Product Designers, other PMs, and other internal and external stakeholders.
What will you need to have?
- 3+ years experience in SaaS product management or equivalent experience in an enterprise organization (B2B)
- Familiarity with SaaS best practices of billing and financial transactions
- S. in computer science or equivalent professional experience
- Capable of articulating in English, verbally and in writing, abstract concepts as well as detailed technical information
- Comfortable with code
- Prior hands-on experience with at least one of the major cloud providers
Extra great if you have:
- Experience with NoSQL databases (extra points for Redis experience)
- Previous experience working on products for developers and operators
- Can navigate cloud-native technology—public cloud providers, containers, Kubernetes
