Senior Product Manager

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our conversion-oriented Growth Engineering team. The team aims to enable high-level growth on both the B2B and the B2C sides of the business. As the Sr. Product Manager on the team, you will work closely with the marketing function of the organization to define how we acquire new customers and drive virality to our products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and share an understanding of how our visitors turn into customers, turning these insights into funnels we can improve
• Craft problem statements that align with key objectives that have quantifiable outcomes if solved.
• You'll build a product roadmap through collaboration with multiple stakeholders and engineering balancing growth initiatives with technical investments.
• Take ownership in delivering these projects with a team of business & product minded engineers.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has 5+ years of  experience in product management working with agile teams. Comparable roles in business analysis or technical are considered but PM experience required.
• You possess an affinity for data to tell which initiatives are drivers of success and to identify areas with the highest impact.
• Is organized, analytical, outcome-oriented and user-obsessed. 
• Bias for action and ability to work well within a dynamic, fast-paced organization.
• Is comfortable dealing with ambiguity, comfortable making decisions and wearing multiple hats.
• Has experience working with multiple stakeholders and balancing priorities.
• Possess strong written and verbal cross-functional communication skills.
