Senior Product Manager job at Databricks

As the product manager for the Developer Experience team in Amsterdam, you will envision, design and ship features that make it possible for developers to build data pipelines and models using software development best practices, such as IDEs, version control systems and CI/CD.

The work you do will help tens of thousands of developers build applications that predict machine failure, discover drugs and improve freight delivery. Bring the simplicity and power of Databricks' groundbreaking lakehouse platform to the world and help companies solve the world's toughest problems with data.

The impact you will have:

Prioritize and execute on an impactful product roadmap.
Use your understanding of developer requirements to improve the Databricks developer experience.
Take the product to market and guide its adoption. You will partner with marketing on webinars, write blog posts and meet developers wherever they might be to guide your product's adoption.

What we look for:

Empathy for customers, particularly developers.
Experience driving developer-centric features such as dev tools or SDKs.
We are looking for product managers who can obtain insights from customer conversations and guide a compelling vision.
Experience writing SQL and building operational dashboards to measure your business.
Clear verbal and written communication are very important as you will be front and center communicating with internal stakeholders and customers.
Understanding of enterprise personas and enterprise sales cycle is required. You have experience in the enterprise space, ideally with a SaaS.
