We're hiring a Senior Product Manager, reporting to our Head of Product - Data. You are a Senior Product Manager with a background in platforms and data ecosystems. Here, you'll be responsible for building data tools, platform capabilities, and supporting products that empower teams across Atlassian to predictably and successfully improve the business.

What you'll do:

Manage a portfolio of data products and offerings across the experimentation, machine learning, personalization, and analytics platform spaces
Build and execute a strategy for enabling teams across Atlassian to maximize their impact through the use of data
Drive the success of platform capabilities that will be used by thousands of Atlassian employees
Cultivate company-wide data maturity and help lead growth of a data culture

Your background:

Several years of product management experience, ideally at a fast-growing software company
Familiarity with high-scale, industry-leading internal data applications (e.g. experiment platforms, targeting platforms)
Deep analytical experience and a passion for data, combined with a systems-thinking approach
Experience prioritizing opportunities, defining features, and launching capabilities that meet the needs of our customers and the business
Experience painting a compelling product vision and setting goals to inspire your teams and partners
Experience building a close relationship with Engineering teams, partnering with Marketing or Data Science, and influencing at all levels of the organization
Experience mentoring other product managers
It's great, but not required, if you have extensive experience as a Product Manager role in B2B Enterprise software
