Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Senior Product Manager, Data Integrations Platform to join our Product team.
Oscar is the first health insurance company built around a full stack technology platform and a focus on serving our members. We started Oscar in 2012 to create the kind of health insurance company we would want for ourselves—one that behaves like a doctor in the family.
Oscar Product is a growing, fast-paced team using technology and design to revolutionize healthcare. As a Product Manager, you'll play a key role in helping Oscar solve problems and accelerating your team's execution. In this role, you'll join our Enrollment Tech product team to lead Enrollment Experience. You'll have the opportunity to drive investments in a variety of enrollment-related areas: building innovative experiences, optimizing operational processes and tools, growth/expansion and more.
As a Senior Product Manager, your primary focus will be on evolving and refining our strategy to ensure optimal integration, analytics, and technology operations for the data integrations pod. This involves shaping our integration strategy, managing two product managers, and refining the tech operating model to streamline data exchange. By constantly improving these aspects, we aim to develop a robust data platform product as part of our +Oscar offering and effectively collaborate with partners to enhance member care and minimize friction. In this role, you will closely collaborate with existing engineering teams to implement and iterate on these strategies.
You will report to the Vice President, Product.
This is a hybrid role. You will work part of the time in the Los Angeles office and part of the time work-from-home/remote. #LI-Hybrid
The base pay for this role is $144,000 - $189,000. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, company equity grants and annual performance bonuses.
