Are You Our Senior Product Manager in Data Analytics?

At TheyDo, we recognize that the backbone of our success lies the value we deliver to our customers. Our product already provides insightful, actionable context for our users to make business decisions in. This year we want to enrich that context with quantitative data to provide a holistic picture of the customer experience for those decisions to be of even higher quality.

So we're looking for a Senior Product Manager who is deeply customer-centric, with a strong background in integrations, analytics and/or data visualization. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our product's data capabilities, ensuring our clients can easily access, understand, and utilize their data to drive decision-making.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead the integration of various data sources into our platform, including data warehouses and event tracking tools.

  • Design and implement strategies for effective data management, enabling users to easily slice and analyze their data within the platform.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable data solutions.

  • Direct the development of new features and improvements in the areas of data analytics and visualization, ensuring they align with user requirements and business goals.

  • Own the roadmap for data-centric initiatives, balancing innovation with practical execution.

  • Maintain a customer-focused approach in all development phases, ensuring product changes lead to tangible customer benefits.

  • Advocate for data-driven decision-making within the organization and help cultivate a culture of analytics.

  • Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies in data analytics and consider their applicability to our product.

What We're Looking For:

  • A passion for creating customer-centric product solutions.

  • Proven experience in managing and visualizing data within a SaaS product.

  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to see beyond numbers to deliver meaningful insights.

  • Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • The ability to work proactively and independently in a dynamic, remote work environment.

  • A commitment to collaborative problem solving and creating high-quality user experiences.

  • Adaptability in a fast-paced startup atmosphere, where roles and responsibilities evolve with the business.

Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, specifically with a focus on data analytics.

  • Demonstrated expertise in integrating and managing data from various sources.

  • A track record of successfully delivering data-driven product enhancements.

  • Experience in a startup environment, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.

  • Previous involvement in cross-functional projects, demonstrating an ability to lead and collaborate effectively.

What we offer

  • Competitive compensation and pre-IPO equity - we like to give our employees ownership with our stock package. When TheyDo succeeds, we all succeed

  • Fully remote working with flexible hours - we're staunch advocates for autonomy and flexibility.

  • Company events - we regularly connect in-person to strategise, reflect or simply have fun. Our most recents offsites were held in the Netherlands and Spain

  • Flexible holiday days - we love what we do, and equally love taking a break. We expect you to take a minimum of 25 days per year (in addition to public holidays)

  • Professional development reimbursement - we value learning and are happy to support you with books/conferences/courses that will benefit you in your role

  • Mental health/wellness reimbursement - we’ll support you in looking after your body/mind (meditation, mindfulness, or a yoga/gym membership)

  • Paid parental leave - we'll provide financial support and time off for you to bond with the newest little members of your family (6 months for the primary carer, and 6 weeks for the secondary carer - fully paid)

  • Home office or co-working support - we offer everyone the choice of home office reimbursement or co-working support

  • Latest tech & tools - Macbook Air, Pro or laptop, we want you to have the equipment that you’re most comfortable with. We use tools such as Gather, Slack, Notion, Loom, and G:Suite to work collaboratively and asynchronously

  • Continuous growth of our benefits package as we continue to grow in size

To any recruitment agencies, we appreciate you would like to support us but we do not accept any unsolicited CVs or introductions.
