As a member of one of our product teams, you will be central to building and growing your product area and outcomes by leading a team through discovery – establishing what the right thing to build is – to implementation and beyond.
As a Senior Product Manager you will own one or more products and be responsible for leading the full life-cycle of them, owning the vision, supporting strategy and communicating a roadmap. You’ll take your product from ideation and discovery through design, delivery, preparation for launch, measuring of success, and iterations.
Working closely with engineering, you are ultimately responsible for making sure we’re building the right things for users of your products. Your partners in engineering are responsible for making sure we build these things in the right way, but both of you care deeply about both things - it’s one team!
At Cazoo we believe in autonomous empowered Product Teams. While there will be plenty of strong opinions across our business about what the right thing to build is, you and your team are responsible for rapidly evaluating these ideas using experimentation and data to determine what is the right thing to build for our customers and business.
Cazoo is the UK’s fastest unicorn - our aim is to transform the way people purchase used cars and you will play a critical role in supporting that mission.
About CX Systems
CX Systems is a critical function at Cazoo. In any online to offline business, there is customer support complexity but at Cazoo this is far greater due to the nature of our product! CX systems aims to equip our Customer facing teams with the systems and tools they need to give our customers a 5* experience. An important part of this role is to help prioritise problems and solutions that range from low levels of automation to self-serve capabilities for CS to reduce cost per order to enable scaling. CX Systems tech is focused around Salesforce, Amazon Connect, and proprietary software that teams have built internally. This domain spans the UK and the EU so your stakeholders are experts in CS scalability and will be your partner in solving these complex problems.
