Hi, I'm Brendan, Group Product Manager at Customer.io.
I'm looking for a Senior Product Manager to join my team and lead a new product development squad.
At Customer.io we work hard to enable companies to communicate with their customers in an automated, but empathetic way. Our customers are fellow product-led growth companies who treat the messages they send as a core part of their product experience.
These companies have a problem: they know how they want to communicate with customers, but it costs too much developer time to do it. Imagine a world where Marketing, Product, Sales, Support, and Customer Success members could themselves build the communication experience their customers deserve. And with little to no developer help. We’re expanding our no-code automation platform to do just that.
You’ll have a critical part to play. Every company’s communication needs are different, so our platform must be flexible and extensible. You and your squad will enable developers outside of Customer.io to build and configure key areas of our product for the first time.
You'll lead a squad consisting of engineers and a designer to achieve strategic outcomes with solutions that are:
You'll contribute a deep knowledge of our prospects and customers, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
You’ll find and nurture ideas from anywhere in the company, expecting many of the best ideas will not be your own.
You'll take accountability for results, even though you're working through others to achieve them.
Bonus! Not a requirement, but let us know if you have experience with...

Benefits at Customer.io include:
All final candidates will be asked to complete an employment and education verification authorization form (which allows us to verify your job history and education listed on your resume) as part of our pre-employment process.
